For Teachers: There are several ways this information may be incorporated into classroom curriculum and student learning:

At the start of each class, write two selections from these pages on the board. As a writing exercise, have students copy them into their notes when class begins, and then offer bonus points if they can cite on or two selections on homework or test.
The information on the board may be the basis for a class discussion in general, or related to the Middle East.
